This one is IMPORTANT Social stalking! Find out what your competitors are doing, where are they in their social media strategy life cycle? Then AIM to do better!
7. What are the current trends in the market? What about social media space?
Just like your business and marketing strategies, you need to know what is happening out there in social space and develop YOUR strategy!
8. What strengths does your business have?
A good SWOT analysis will help your strategy implementation!
9. What is your budget?
Do you have any money you can invest to get it right?
Consider consultancy, Advice, training and social advertising.
10. What does success look like?
This relates to your objectives! A good strategy can include specific targets ie. Sales/customer engagement and can easily be measured through analytics and insights. Give it 3-6 months!
